• No throwing candy from floats or vehicles — for the safety of children, candy must be handed out while walking along the parade route.
• Animal entries must be accompanied by clean-up supplies (shovels required).
• Car clubs are limited to 6 vehicles, must line up 2 by 2, and should be decorated to match the parade theme.
• Business entries are limited to 1 vehicle, also decorated to theme.
• No bumper-butting allowed at any time during the procession.
